E-proDirect considers itself to be a valuable service not only to suppliers but to meeting planners as
well. We like to feel that whenever we deliver a professional e-mail to meeting planners on behalf of our suppliers, the information will become valuable and assist them in their search
for great hotels and other services offered by suppliers either now or sometime in the future.
Several of our campaigns offer meeting planners special rates, trade show hospitality invitations, FAM
trip invitations, and other valuable offers by suppliers.
May we suggest that when you receive an e-brochure from a supplier you
simply move that information to a separate folder and create a
sort of library of information that you may refer to in the
future.
If you would like to only receive brochures from a specific type of hotel (ex.
Geographic location, resort, golf, etc…) or supplier (ex. golf
courses, transportation companies, destination management
companies, etc…) , please tell us below and we will
honor your request and you will only receive e-brochures for those
types of suppliers.
