- Proactive sales solicitations by both your assigned sales professional as well as our internal prospecting and solicitation team.
- Database mining to uncover new potential key accounts.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to impact group & transient sales.
- Solicit previous actual, lost, and turndown business for new opportunities.
Account Management
- Analyze current accounts to verify contacts and business potential and update accordingly.
- Conduct face to face sales calls (In person or zoom) to continue to develop long-term business relationships.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to secure business.
- Monthly communications with each account.
- Account mapping and saturation to expand customer base from existing accounts.

Re-engage all previous accounts.
Transactional Sales
- Responding to incoming leads within 24 hours.
- Proposal development.
- Contract processing.
- Upselling when applicable.
- Cross-selling if applicable.
- Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rates meet the financial needs of the hotel.

Pricing and Terms
PART-TIME PROGRAM
This part-time hotel sales professional works remotely and dedicates 4 hours/day 5 days/week on behalf of the hotel to solicit and prospect for new business opportunities, (group, transient, or a combination of both), manage and maintain all current hotel accounts, and handles all incoming leads from initial contact to close.
Program Investment:
$2,500.00/month*

plus 7% on all booked business
Program Terms:
FULL-TIME PROGRAM
This Full-time hotel sales professional works remotely or on property, if feasible, on behalf of the hotel for 40-50 dedicated hours/week. They will solicit and prospect for new business opportunities, manage and maintain all current hotel accounts, and handles all incoming leads from initial contact to close.

Program Terms:
SHARED SERVICES PROGRAM
This is a more affordable option for hotels who may simply need some on-going proactive solicitation efforts and a boost in business development. This part-time “shared” sales manager works remotely on behalf of the hotel to solicit and prospect for new business opportunities using EproDirect’s extensive resources.
