Flexible Terms for Direct Sales Positions
Choose the contract terms that meet your needs and budget. For any direct sales roles that have specific sales revenue goals such as Directors of Sales, Senior Sales Managers, Sales Managers, and Executive Meeting Managers, we offer two compensation options for you to choose from.
TRADITIONAL MODEL
Pay a set weekly retainer fee.
PAY PER PERFORMANCE MODEL
Pay a decreased weekly retainer fee plus 10% commission on actualized group business booked by that sales executive.
Retainer fees vary based on the position, the team member experience, and industry pay scale averages.
The Process
Step #1
We will consult with you about your specific staffing requirements, goals, expectations, and budget.
Step #2
We then analyze all of our task force team members in order for us to select our most qualified team members based on your requirements for you to choose from to meet your overall needs and objectives.
Step #3
We will present you with a formal proposal and up to 4 team members who meet your specific requirements and arrange phone interviews between you and those individuals.
